Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Disturbances at BJ 301 Guest House

Dear Block In-Charge,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to formally raise a complaint concerning recurring indecent activities and disturbances emanating from the guest house located at BJ 301, BJ Block, Sector II, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091. This matter has previously been brought to attention; however no action was taken.

Nature of the Complaint:

Residents have observed and reported multiple instances of inappropriate and disruptive behavior associated with the aforementioned property:

Short-term Occupancy by Couples: There have been noticeable patterns of couples entering the guest house at বি জে ব্লক 301 for just a few hours, raising concerns about the nature of these visits.

Loud Parties: Frequent loud parties extend till late in the night, disturbing the peace of the neighborhood.

Alcohol Consumption: Post-party, a significant number of liquor bottles are often found discarded in front of the building, indicating excessive drinking on the premises.

Traffic and Noise: The constant flow of vehicles entering and leaving the building, coupled with the use of loud horns at all hours, severely disrupts the tranquility expected in our family-oriented neighborhood.

Suspected Illegal Activities: It is widely suspected and discussed within the community that flesh trade and prostitution activities are being facilitated at this location. It is falsely advertised as massage services at Salt Lake BJ Block. Women, often in suggestive attire, are seen being escorted by individuals believed to be brokers / dalals/ pimps.

Impact on the Community: Our neighborhood is home to many families with young children and elderly individuals who find these activities particularly distressing and inappropriate. The ongoing disturbances not only disrupt our nightly peace but also pose serious concerns regarding the safety and moral environment of our community.

Previous Attempts to Address the Issue: Despite earlier complaints, there has been no significant action taken to investigate or curb the activities at Sen PG for Ladies BJ 301, which has only emboldened such behaviors and further disrupted community life.

Request for Action: We urgently request your office to take immediate and decisive action to investigate these complaints. We ask for stricter regulations and monitoring of guest houses within our block to prevent similar issues in the future.
